The Supervisor ensures: + All post orders are followed. + Established rounds are completed. + Required reports are filed accurately and promptly. + Proper authorities and clients are notified in emergency situations. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Coaching & Discipline:** Coaches and disciplines personnel appropriately. Seeks guidance from company management or designated representatives as needed. Personally meets with employees to document coaching and disciplinary actions. + **Training & Oversight:** Trains Security Officers and other company personnel. Reviews post orders and assignment details with subordinates. + **Payroll & Scheduling:** Assists in payroll submission and personnel information. Ensures adequate coverage for all posts and positions in coordination with management. + **Client Interaction:** Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to ensure all security requirements are met and quality customer service is provided. + **Reporting:** Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required. + **Post Inspections:** Inspects posts and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities. **Supervisory Duties:** In accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws, supervisory duties include: + Interviewing, orienting, and training employees. + Planning, assigning, and directing work. + Coaching and appraising employee performance. + Rewarding and disciplining employees. + Addressing complaints and resolving problems. + Making hiring and termination recommendations. **Other Duties:** May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policies.
