**What You Will Be Doing**
As part of the ASBD Sustainment Middle East, Africa, Ukraine, and IndoPacific \(MAUI\) team, this position will be responsible for leading standalone sustainment and the sustainment portion of several simultaneous captures related to C\-130, F\-16 and F\-35\. Primarily across the Middle East\. Must be able to travel domestically & internationally\.
The Candidate will be responsible for aligning and adapting the Strategy outlined by the MAUI Sustainment business development director, the overall Enterprise Sustainment Campaign team, Advanced Development Programs \(I&D\) and other Sustainment program members to secure FMS captures\.
Lead and support pursuit & capture campaigns, proposal development, color teams and communication strategies including tradeshows, conferences and symposiums\.
Lead internal LM teams in the creation of briefings, information responses and white papers that are used internally and externally to inform senior leaders of both government and industry\.
Develop and coordinate Technical Assistance Agreements, export license and USG advocacy requests\. Host visitors, including high\-level military, government and industrial personnel\.
In addition, provide program briefings and communicate F\-35, F\-16, and C\-130 Air System and Sustainment value propositions\.
Manage day\-to\-day sustainment business development activities to include: coordination of visits; program information updates; collection of briefings and presenting in support of visits; war room creation; support of significant events; strategy development in support of pursuit & capture activities; and the planning of campaign team & strategy meetings\. Develops/coordinates development of reports to LM Aero and LM Corporate on the status of Sustainment business development activities via preparation of focus charts, status reports, highlight reports, stoplight charts, white papers, program pursuit papers, meeting papers and other internal reports used up to the President and CEO levels\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Experience in aircraft logistics and/or sustainment\.
• Demonstrated experience as a prime spokesman for logistics and/or sustainment at the ministerial and senior business levels, especially in the international market\.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business, such as sustainment concepts, independently for emerging customers\.
• Experience in leveraging stakeholder functional organizations: Program Management, Engineering, Sustainment Operations, Contracts, Business Capture/Offset, and Legal\.
• Experience organizing and presenting data to senior/executive management\.
**Desired Skills:**
• 8\+ Years of experience in aircraft logistics and/or sustainment\.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F\-35, F\-16, or C\-130 Sustainment, especially in a field that leverages integration or cross\-cutting functions\.
• Working understanding of F\-35 Sustainment and Hybrid Product Support Integrator \(HPSI\) capabilities, history and status\.
• Experience supporting customer contact tracking, decision mapping, competitive intelligence and customer assessments\.
• Prior experience interfacing with and briefing senior LM executives and customer representatives\.
• Experience producing and giving briefings to senior level personnel and large groups\.
• Understanding of Pursuit & Capture process to include the Aero & Corporate policies, New Business Funds planning, execution and monitoring
• Experience with FMS sales and/or Direct Commercial Sales contracts

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
