**Overview** **Essential Functions/Responsibilities:** + Greet guests/customers in a professional manner. + Attend to guest/customer needs. + Assist with vehicle movements within the service area. + Process vehicle check-ins. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficient operations. + Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates. + Employee is further responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles. + Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction. + Complies with all safety, security, compliance and safety standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. **Basic Qualifications:** + Must be 21 years of age or older. + Must possess valid US driver's license. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. + Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor. **Required Qualifications:** + Customer service experience. + One (1) year of similar work experience. + English (MANDATORY). + Spanish (preferred). **Pay Rate:** + $15 - $17/hr (depending on experience). **Hours of Operation:** + Mon - Sat: 7am - 7pm. + Sun: 9am - 5pm.
