Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concerns Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goals Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectives Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
