The Car Sales Coordinator will proactively partner with the Car Sales operations and be the main point of contact for the sales staff and local administrative offices. This role is responsible for ensuring car sales files are processed accurately and timely. This position is responsible for engaging with external customers, such as our preferred lender network and product vendors on behalf of the dealerships. The Car Sales Coordinator regularly communicates with dealerships to answer questions related to car sale funding. In addition, this role participates in meetings with the car sales operators to determine tactics, solutions and maintain expert knowledge about the funding process, products and services that translates to a positive customer experience. ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned Group(s) and be a knowledgeable resource for car sales processing, accounting, and compliancePartner with the assigned Group(s) and Shared Services to identify trends and provide problem resolution when neededReview daily reporting related to the completion and funding process of car sales transactionsDevelop and maintain strong Group, team and vendor relationshipsResolve challenges related to the funding, keying, and collection process for assigned Group(s)Assist in the processing of car sales transactions as needed throughout the monthDeliver a consistent high level of customer service to internal and external customersCommunicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to assigned Groups on behalf of the departmentLead and conduct group calls to review reporting provided as neededAssist with branch specific requests such as auditing files, facilitating returned vehicles, and scanning of documents
