The Car Sales Processor is responsible for processing incoming deals from car sales locations, ensures proper compliance for all states and maintains all Hertz specific documentation.

The salary for this position is $14.70 per hour with the opportunity for incentives. 

What You’ll Do:

Ensure that all stages of document processing for car sales deals are recorded in Advent. Note multiple stages of processing and document details in Advent. Complete titles for trade vehicles and send to CT services; assisting Auctions, researching title issues with multiple states, ordering duplicate titles, other title related duties. Research with lenders to verify sold deals are booked and paid. Allocate bank fees correctly, add dealer reserves, document fees, and state fees on deals.    Research bank statements to verify funds are completed then allocated for each deal. Email locations daily to follow up on missing documents. Ensure assigned deals are complete. Responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing packages via FedEx. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, including PID information. 

What We’re Looking For:

Previous office and/or processing of documents. Prefer previous car sales dealership experience. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office. Must be able to stay organized and work with large volume. Must be able to perform basic math. Must have strong attention to detail. Must be able to work in web-based work environment. Must be able to work independently as well as a team member
