Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the car buying process Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and specifications to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our vehicles Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
