The Lead of CAR-T Business Analytics & Intelligence plays a crucial role in leading and supervising ground-breaking initiatives focused on ensuring long-term success and competitiveness of the CAR-T platform. They will apply a combination of critical thinking, project management expertise, strong business insights, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. Their primary objective is to drive continuous improvement, cultivate innovation, and achieve operational excellence across various functions within the organization through the creation of analytics tools. The Lead will work in a matrix environment, both within Johnson & Johnson and with our CAR-T collaboration partner, Legend Biotech. **Key Responsibilities:** **Leadership and Strategic Planning** + Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization, including areas of manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality and commercial to align improvement programs goals passionate about improving costs, patient experience, and turnaround times. + Supervise and evaluate program progress, adjusting strategies as vital to ensure successful outcomes. + Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach. + Implement change management strategies to lead successful adoption of improvement initiatives. **Data Analysis and Decision-Making** + Create and contiguously improve reporting tools that deliver data-driven financial performance and metrics to senior management and key stakeholders. + Develop and maintain end to end resource model and financial tools to support competitive CAR-T Therapy business. + Provide key performance indicators (metrics) to measure the success of improvement programs. + Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to advise strategic decision-making. **Innovation and Best Practices** + Stay abreast of industry trends, standard processes, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the organization. + Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to supply ideas for efficiency and effectiveness. **Qualifications:** **Education:** + Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required; advanced or focused degree in business, management, or a related field preferred **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience + Solid track record of delivering ground-breaking, innovative programs + Experience in Finance and/or Resource Modeling + Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent automation and analytics tools + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex problems and lead difficult stakeholder situations + Capable of thriving in ambiguity, working and leading in a matrix environment + Proficiency in communicating and influencing effectively at all levels, while understanding priorities, and building respect and trust, along with the willingness to provide the best decisions in time-sensitive situations **Preferred:** + Experience negotiating / navigating large budget portfolio of projects + Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence + Project Management experience, training, or certification + Experience, training, or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Process Excellence methodology or tools **Other:** + May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel + Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option of two remote workdays each week **_This job posting is anticipated to close on March 10, 2025._** _The Company may however extend this time-period, in which case the posting will remain available on https://www.careers.jnj.com to accept additional applications._ _Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
