ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to successfully train, and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition.Performs shift supervision and assumes Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed.Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards.Provides prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolves customer issues.Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner.Reports all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage etc.) to the Site ManagerEnsure the site follows all approved safety procedures.Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Ability to have open availability.Ability to work opposite shift of Site ManagerREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.Leadership and communication skills including active listening.Experience with team buildingExcellent sales and customer service skillsAbility to anticipate customer needsProficient computer skillsStrong work ethic and professional attitudeEXPERIENCE:
Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
