The Car Wash Assistant Manager’s responsible is to assist the Car Wash Manager. Candidates must have leadership experience, possess team building and management skills in order to be considered for the role.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

$33 / hourManage all staff in absence of the Car Wash ManagerMonitor and order chemical and vending machine inventoryWork directly with Car Wash Manager to oversee the operation of the car washAssist the Car Wash Manager is diagnosing and repairing equipmentAdjust and create scheduling for Car Wash AttendantsMeasure and calculate chemical cost and monitor inventoryImplement, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety, cleanliness and reliability of the washAssist with the coaching, training, and development of new and existing staffPerform other duties as required and/or assignedEmployee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferredMinimum of 6 months of relevant Car Wash Team Leader experienceProficient skill level with MacNeil Tunnel Controller, and DRB’s SiteWatchRetail Management experience a plus
