Provide training and oversight to site employees and provide general operational guidance; serves as role model to other team membersAssist the Site Manager with overall operation of the site; may execute open and close duties as per prescribed procedures.Provide customers with information and benefits of our subscription/membership programsEnsure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followedWork safely and reports safety or maintenance issues to managementMaintain cleanliness of work environment and inventoryProvide excellent customer serviceAssist the customer in selecting menu options and process payment for servicesPerforms Crew Member duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer serviceGuide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanorPerforms visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnelBecome a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge dailyAll our Assistant Managers need to meet the following requirements:
A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the publicMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningMust be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessaryMust be able to lift up to fifty (50) poundsBasic computer skills: ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into a point of sale systemExceptional customer service skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team membersComfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goalsMotivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teamsReliable transportation to and from the car washMust have a valid driver’s license#LI-DNI
