JOB SUMMARY: Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the washSpraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic washCreate loyal customersProvide customers with courteous, enthusiastic serviceAssist customers with wash questions, and or concernsResponsible for keeping the bay clean

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skillsCommunicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnelAbility to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)Reach over your head frequently and comfortablyLift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 poundsBend, kneel, squat or standWork in a heated and/or cold environmentClimb an extension ladder

 

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

High School or equivalent
