Questions:
- What certifications from the outside are required for tech II/III?
- What is the process to advance through the levels?
- Is it possible to evaluate current team members and grandfather into the appropriate level and
does that include a pay increase?
- When will this information be officially rolled out to start having these conversations?
- Will there be a minimum time requirement to spend at each level to advance to the next?
- Can tech be brought in at a level II or III?
- How will this be incorporated into FGPs?
