Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

 

Kwik Trip Inc. Facilities Team is responsible for the repair and maintenance at our 750+ Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet Plus Grocery stores. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and change orientated individual to help us ensure our stores’ car wash equipment is operating properly. This is our entry level technician. This position is primarily responsible for various inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance functions on Kwik Trip’s car wash equipment. Corrective maintenance will expand as the technician gains experience.  Example of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: trouble shoot, analyze, and repair equipment as required; recommend replacement of equipment, inspect equipment and accurately document inspection results, and communicate site deficiencies that will require further action.

Work Schedule:  40-50 hours per week.  Typically Monday through Friday daytime hours; however, you will have on-call responsibilities including evening and weekend shifts as needed, as well as some occasional overnight stays.

 

Location: Candidate must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to the Mankato, MN area market.
