This position is responsible for setting up their card production machine to produce scheduled jobs, quality control, and daily reporting.
Responsibilities
Identify materials needed to run jobs, which requires gathering forms, cards, envelopes and inserts from the warehouse.
Maintaining supplies in the immediate work area before setting up the machine to run the days production.
Setup, enter and retrieve membership data files from the server to the data card processing machine.
Load cards, forms, inserts and envelopes in the machine for the specific job being run.
Ensure the machine is cleaned regularly.
Process the cards for the selected state/job downloaded from the
server.
Constantly monitor and reload the cards, forms, inserts and envelopes.
Machine supplies must be monitored and changed out as needed (cleaning tape, print ribbons and stickers).
Qualifications
Requires High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Ability to learn and operate membership card and fulfillment equipment while working in a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to stand constantly and handling heavy volume of work with the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$19.11 - $25.48Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
