Card Services Supervisor

What will I do in this role? 

The position of Supervisor, Card Services supports the Vice President of Card Services by leading the Card Services team in maintaining policies and procedures; coordinating the facilitation of critical operational tasks, providing clear communication to staff of operational changes, as well as supporting and supervising staff while maintaining high quality service standards set by the organization.

What qualifications do I need to have for this role? 

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Three years’ experience in cards related function, plus two years in a supervisor or lead role.
-Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
-Demonstrated mathematical abilities and critical thinking skills.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure.
-Demonstrated success in planning, organizing, leading and oversight of people and activities.
-Professional and effective interaction, verbal and written communication skills.
-Organization skills sufficient to successfully manage multiple projects, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
-Track record of applying critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills in a wide variety of situations.

Preferences:
-Visa certified preferred.

Where will I be working? 

This role is Location Dependent and is based at 6545 Sequence Drive, San Diego, CA 92121. 

What is the pay range? 

Pay Scale: $31.75-$41.00 (Per Hour)

What will my schedule be? 

WEEKDAY SCHEDULE  Monday 8:30am-5:30pm Tuesday 8:30am-5:30pm Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm Friday 8:30am-6:15pm Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm Sunday OFF

For exempt roles, standard business hours are referenced above. 

Additional Schedule Details (If Applicable): Rotating Saturdays l 1-2 times a month with another weekday off, depending on dep needs.
Friday late shift is rotational - with work schedule hours from 9:15am to 6:15pm. Rotation occurs 1-2 times a month depending on department needs.
