\nOur expansion, spanning 165,000 square feet, will introduce a state-of-the-art patient tower to our Round Rock hospital, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population. Among its highlights, the tower will house an innovative 11-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, alongside expanded capacities for crucial departments such as med/surg and labor and delivery.

\n· Expansions and upgrades to communal spaces.

\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nYou, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.\nBuilding relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.\nCreating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.\nYou will help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Assess and document learning needs regularly.\nWork with colleagues and community to create a care plan. Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.\nYou'll use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff. Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.\nAchieve goals through teamwork, recognize contributions, commit to growth. \n\nA deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards, as well as procedures.\nKnow nursing laws, rules, standards, and guidelines in your area. \n\nGrad of an Accredited Program\nSpecialized field of study should be nursing.\nA current and valid nursing license.\nMust have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.\n\n#RREXP24
