SUMMARY OF JOB The monitor technician identifies and documents cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias in the adult and geriatric patient. He/she notifies the proper nursing personnel of any changes in such, in order to provide safe and efficient patient care. Perform continuous cardiac monitoring with accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias and interval measurements.
