Cardiac Technologist (Pediatric)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus

Shift: Full Time - Evenings - Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm, with weekend & Holidays rotation (On Call)   Responsibilities:   The CT Technologist is responsible for performing complex CT procedures to patients. The CT technologist maintains operational flow and maximum patient throughput without compromising patient care. Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met including Joint Commission and all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania statutes.   Education Requirements   Post High School Diploma Program   Certification and Licensure   Radiologic Technologist (R)(CT) certification by the ARRT   Ideal Candidate
CT EXPERIENCE with Radiologic Technologist (R)(CT) certification by the ARRT  Responsibilities: Perform technical procedures required in the daily operations of the Diagnostic Radiology and CT sections. Work under the direction of the Lead Diagnostic Technologist and the Lead CT Technologist. Ensure clinical procedures are conducted with clinical oversight from the physician Section Chiefs of Diagnostic and CT. Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

Education: Completion of a Post High School Diploma Program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent. Experience: Relevant experience in pediatric radiology and computed tomography. Certification and Licensure: ARRT ® certification; CT certification required within 18 months of hire.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent technical skills with various radiologic and CT imaging equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively with pediatric patients and their families. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
