Job Summary:\n
The St. Louis Cardinals are seeking candidates for the Cardinals Authentics Sales Associate position. This position will assist and provide excellent customer service to all Cardinals Authentics shop patrons; while informing, educating and assisting these customers with questions about Cardinals Authentics and the purpose it has in the club. This position will also hold the responsibility of processing transactions quickly and efficiently and to maintain a safe, clean, well-stocked and well-displayed venue for our customer's shopping pleasure.\n
Job Duties:\n\nGreet Customers, assist them with their needs at the venue, answer questions and provide a safe, secure environment for the guest to enjoy\nMonitor the area and merchandise to protect against damage or theft\nProcess transaction through the POS system\nConsistently clean and straighten the area to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable venue to enhance customers' experience\nMaintain and operate the shop to provide an enjoyable experience for the fans

Education and Experience Required:\n\nExperience in retail \/ sports industry\nEnrolled or graduated from accredited college\/ university\nCashier \/ Customer Service experience\nAbove average verbal communications skills\nProven ability to work as a team player\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays\nAbility to build and maintain professional relationships\nAbility to multi-task\n\n
Education and Experience Preferred:\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in sales and\/or sports industry\nCurrent enrollment in an accredited program at a college or University with a minimum Sophomore level status\n
