Cardiology This position will focus on delivering superb clinical care to a diverse medically complex patient population in both the in patient and outpatient arenas supported by the highest caliber cardiovascular invasive diagnostic and surgical services in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting Position Details and Requirementsmiddot Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessments and managing risk factors for cardiovascular diseasemiddot Develop tailored treatment strategies based on patient specific risk factorsmiddot Willingness to learn about management of LDL Apheresismiddot Genetic counseling for familial history of early onset heart diseasemiddot Collaborate with primary care and multiple specialists and ancillary service providers to coordinate
