CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas has a full-time opportunity for a Cardiology Clinic Procedure Scheduler to join our team in Little Rock at our Kanis location.

Responsibilities
Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointmentsCoordinates multiple schedules/ GEMMS, Outlook, Google etc. Schedules hospital procedures, tests, outpatient services and return visits for multiple physiciansCollaborates with nurses and physicians to ensure clinics run smoothlyEffectively communicates appointments and instructions to patients Communicates with physician offices, medical supply companies, transportation and living facilities about patient care and appointmentsSchedules translation services as neededFax referrals to specialty clinicsMails appointment reminders and instructions when neededCovers other schedulers as neededSchedules all new patient consultsRequires travel to outreach clinics with physician 2-3 days per week. 
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or general education degree.Experience: 1 year experience in medical office preferred.
