Cardiology Program Manager- Strategy & Growth
Job Description SummaryAs the Cardiology Program Manager, Strategy and Growth you will lead and support cross product and cross business growth initiatives, drive profitability & USCAN solutions and offerings. This role will collaborate with different modalities to bring a value proposition.

Job DescriptionRole Summary/Purpose

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all Commercial Product Marketing elements of the USCAN Cardiology Pathways portfolio to grow orders and define cardiology pathways offerings. This role will actively mine voice of customer and market insights to formulate and operationalize product strategy, tailor product offerings and pricing for customer segment value, identifying growth opportunities, guide product market segmentation gaps with Global cardiology pathways team.

Responsibilities

Growth, Strategy, and Product Execution

Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer, market share, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence and price realization to develop product commercial strategy.

Work cross-functionally and horizontally to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize and continuously evolve the Cardiology solutions portfolio.

Catch and commercialize new product introductions from global including development of product configurations, quote descriptions, and pricing in coordination with Lead Business Integrators.  Partner with Marketing on Value Proposition refinement and Learning & Development on sales enablement training.

Lead NPI product evaluation contracting and management (ME/pilot sites for product rollout / product pivot).

Work horizontally with Imaging, Services & Healthcare Financial Services to develop, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offerings (i.e. subscription models).

Ensure compliance with NCA process, quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Lead strategy, process and communication of FMIs, Field Upgrades, XR29 and equipment End of Life.

Lead headquarters customer visits, presenting product portfolio and roadmap presentations in partnership with global modality.

Work closely with Modality GMs and Marketing Directors to develop and execute show site and key opinion leader strategies.

Responsible for designing and overseeing the generation and development of evidence supporting the efficacy and impact of GEHC cardiology products. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including clinical researchers and regulatory affairs, to ensure that the evidence meets regulatory standards and supports market approval and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 10+ years’ experience in product management, marketing or related field

Cardiology domain expertise

Leadership skills to lead cross functional teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Demonstrated analytical and process skills

Ability to travel up to 50% and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams

Desired Characteristics

MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 12+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

Experience leading and developing teams

Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding

Healthcare product/industry acumen Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $141,600.00-$212,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
