A well-established cardiothoracic surgery practice in Ocala, Florida is seeking an experienced surgeon to join its growing service line. This opportunity offers access to advanced surgical technology, an integrated care team, and a supportive infrastructure focused on high-quality outcomes.

Qualified Candidates Will Benefit From:
✔ Join an experienced team, including another cardiothoracic surgeon and 3 advanced practice providers skilled in endo vein harvesting
✔ Robust clinical environment with CVICU, two heart surgery rooms, dedicated hybrid OR, EP and Cath services, and strong perfusion support
✔ Three dedicated cardiac anesthesiologists
✔ Surgical scope includes coronary revascularization, valve repair and replacement, broad-based thoracic procedures, and advanced programs like:
 • TAVR
 • Minimally invasive cardiac and robotic thoracic surgery
 • Aortic surgery
 • ECMO
✔ Ideal candidate will have:
 • Experience in aortic disease, valve repair/replacement (open and endovascular)
 • Proficiency with TAVR and minimally invasive lung surgery
 • Familiarity with advanced technology to reduce surgical invasiveness
✔ Strong collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary team of cardiologists, anesthesiologists, RNs, and critical care staff
✔ Prior cardiothoracic surgery experience required
