**BE A PART OF A TEAM YOU’LL LOVE** **Cardiothoracic Surgery** **Physician Assistant** **Dallas, TEXAS** **__________________________________________________________** Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce two (2) full time openings for a **Cardiothoracic Surgical Physician Assistant** . **One opportunity in Dallas and the 2** **nd** **in Fort Worth.** Here is your chance to work with highly skilled and trained physicians who use state-of-the-art technology and innovative procedures for patients who are diagnosed with a disease of the chest, heart, lungs, esophagus or the major blood vessels and veins of the body. **Position Details:** + Full Time, 40 hours per week + Surgical Assist in cardiovascular and thoracic cases + Outpatient Ambulatory Visits & Hospital Rounding + Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions + Assist with vein and radial harvesting; CABG and valve surgery + Competitive Salary, comprehensive benefits package, CME, Malpractice and 401K **Requirements Needed to Apply:** + Active Texas license + **Physician Assistant Board Certification and Experience** + Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from an approved PA program + Surgical Experience plus 1 – 2 years Hospital & Ambulatory experience preferred + Additionally, experience with robotic surgery a plus. **Education** Master's Degree Physician Assistant Req **Experience** 1 Year As a Physician Assistant. Pref **Licenses and Certifications** PA - Physician Assistant Must maintain board certification as required for licensure.
