With a multitude of staff inclusive of RNs, Surgical techs, CVTs, anesthesia techs, PCT and SA IIs, oversight of these staff is critical. The manager role for the CVOR handles a multitude of tasks a few of them being managing the daily case flow, ensuring rapid turnovers, successful recruitment and retention of staff, facilitating decrease burnout in a high-intense atmosphere. **Responsibilities:** + The Supervisor acting as Unit Manager priority setting, coordination and evaluation of programs of patient care for designated patient populations. + The Supervisor acting as Unit Manager facilitates collegial relationships between care teams. + The Supervisor acting as Unit Manager assumes responsibility for the management of fiscal and material resources. Abiding by St. Peter's Health Partners Mission and Values. + Has 24 hour accountability and responsibility for the human resource and outcome management for designated patient populations. + The Supervisor acting as Unit Manager supports, plans, implements, and evaluates the goals and policies of St. Peter's Health Partners and Patient Focus Care. + Demonstrates the organizations commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees. **What you will need:** **Education Requirements:** + BSN preferred, ASN required + Graduate of an accredited professional school. + Current registration as a licensed Registered Nurse in New York State. **Experience Requirements:** + 3-5 years or more of Nursing related experience. + Leadership / management experience. + Demonstrates leadership ability and managerial competency; evidenced by: effective communication skills, conflict mediation skills, ability to develop and articulate vision for program of care, effective resource procurement and allocation, ability to mentor others in leadership roles, experience with **Pay Range:** $41.75 - $58.20 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
