Join our dynamic team in the Catheterization Lab as a Cardiovascular Technician!  In this role, you will work side-by-side with physicians and staff (RNs and CRNAs) assisting in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions. Technicians are also tasked with preparing and maintaining specialized cardiovascular equipment, ensuring patient comfort during procedures, and documenting test results to aid physicians in diagnosis.

The Heart and Vascular Center at CentraCare is among the largest in Minnesota, offering advanced cardiac care, and cardiovascular technicians play a vital role in maintaining this high standard of service.

Schedule

Part time | 24 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital Evenings | 8-hr shifts | 3-11pm On-call every 3rd weekend, 7am-11pm Temporary through January 2026

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Open to 1st year Cardiovascular Technology at St. Cloud Technical and Community College. Two years of experience in healthcare required. Two years of experience, including ECG and hemodynamic monitoring with a working knowledge of intra-aortic balloon pumping, cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology, and related medications. In lieu of experience, orientation will be provided to obtain desired entry level competence. Two years working knowledge of intra-aortic balloon pumping. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
