Baystate Health, western Massachusetts's premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence is looking for a Per Diem, Cardiovascular Tech to join our Team!

Department Description: 

Reports to stress lab supervisor, but daily tasks will be overseen by registered technical staff. Responsibilities include direct patient care including noninvasive testing, preparation for examinations, and data collection. Skills include obtaining a medical history and consent, pulse volume recordings, and exercise testing as directed and overseen by registered staff. The incumbent is expected to perform other similar duties as assigned.

Per Diem Status

Day Shifts including rotating weekend and holiday coverage

Located at Baystate Medical Center with additional regional support at other Baystate Health sites

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent

CPR – BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association required

Successfuly complete Dysrhythmia course and maintain annually

CNA or equivalent experience and cardiovascular experience

Proficient in reading and writing in English
