CHI Minot is looking for a Full Time Cardiovascular Ultrasound Tech to join the team!
$30,000 Sign On Bonus available
Provides technical expertise in Ultrasound procedures in accordance with the mission and philosophy of St. Alexius Medical Center.
What You'll Do:
Performs appropriate ultrasound procedures and records anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological date for Radiologist’s interpretationAssists physician in gathering sonographic data necessary to diagnose a variety of conditions and diseasesObtains, reviews, and uses pertinent patient medical history and supporting clinical data to facilitate optimum diagnostic resultsProvides patient education related to medical ultrasoundProvides patient services in an outpatient settingPerforms quality assurance checks on equipment, ensuring proper safety standards are metAssists in Diagnostic area when possibleQualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology or school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Licensure:Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Expect the technologist to work towards achieving registered status.
Experience:Preference for one year clinical experience in obstetric, gynecologic, abdomen, neonatal neurologic and small parts sonography.
