Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £23,600
Hours: 35 hours per week

A small and welcoming social care organisation in the heart of Rugby is seeking a dedicated Care Administrator. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of their high-quality service for adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.Support resident and family feedback processes.Assist with staff recruitment, including new starter checks and arranging inductions.Support with payroll.Ensure secure storage of personal files.Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.Update staff records with training, supervisions, and appraisals.Compile accurate reports.Manage diaries.Collaborate with external agencies.

Requirements:

Experience in an administrative role within a care home setting.High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent communication skills.
