Position Details

 

This position will serve as the QCO liaison for the Consumer Advisory Groups as well as supporting a collaborative effort to ensure the voice of the Individual is represented in organizational data and decision making.

 

Strong communication skills-able to communicate effectively with staff as well as the Individuals we serve Strong organization skills Ability to extract meaningful information relative to improving the overall Individual experience Ability to multi-task and prioritize the appropriate tasks or assignments Strong ability to manage a complex schedule Customer service experience preferred Experience in IDD service line preferred Experience in MS Office Platforms such as teams, excel and outlook needed Some evening and weekend travel and work is expected
