What You'll Do: + Be a Rockstar Caregiver...provide personalized care to our wonderful residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and happiness. + Medication management: assist in administering medications and monitor health conditions with a keen eye and a caring heart. + Engage and Inspire: promote social interaction and enhance the well-being of our residents. + Team Player: Work alongside a dedicated team, supporting each other and fostering a positive atmosphere. What You Bring: + High School Diploma or equivalent. + One to two years of experience working in a nursing facility setting is preferred + Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred. + A passion for helping others and a big heart! + A positive attitude and a sense of humor...we love to have fun while we work! + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
