Your Role:

The Care Comm Revenue Senior Manager oversees the revenue team that is responsible for the Care Comm segment. This role requires understanding of complex accounting matters, quick problem-solving skills and strong collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

Organize and manage the team to achieve a successful month-end close in terms of quality and timelinessDrive automation opportunities around account reconciliation and manual journal entriesDrive process improvement opportunities across the team with a focus on continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with other finance and non-finance teams, as well as external providers, to maintain and update shared processes, tools, and reporting activities. Ensure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controls. Manage, evaluate and develop 3 direct reportsSupport local, regional, and global projects, as required; provide financial expertise in such projects. Be an activate advocate of finance function. 

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/AccountingCPA requiredExperience in JDE, Blackline, Alteryx and W-Desk is an advantageAdditional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) may be required. Also, and on an exceptional basis, the role may require work on public holidays.Demonstration of key accounting/finance competencies and qualifications; typically 8+ years of relevant industry accounting experiencePrevious management / supervisory experience is preferredAbility to deal with ambiguity and to apply professional judgementStrong knowledge of US GAAP and financial analysis, including understanding of internal control requirements and relevant business environmentsAbility to manage multiple, competing priorities and to effectively escalate or resolve issues to meet deadlinesProcess improvement and process innovation experience desiredStrong working knowledge of JDE systems preferredAdaptable, self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilitiesStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsIntermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionallyRespectfully challenge the status quo

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000.00 to $154,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
