What You’ll Do
Coordinate scheduling and administrative services for Mohs procedures, including referral management and patient check-out.Review and prioritize referrals with the Mohs surgeon(s) to allocate procedures appropriately within the schedule.Serve as the primary contact for phone inquiries, offering excellent customer service to patients and providers.Facilitate external reconstruction referrals to plastic surgery and ophthalmology as needed.Maintain and organize provider Outlook calendars, clinic schedules, team meetings, and huddles; prepare minutes and other administrative tasks.Support the clinical team with operational needs as required.Inventory and order supplies to ensure patient needs are consistently met.What You Bring
