Position Description
This is a fully remote position once successfully completing orientationCare Coordination Support Liaison provides support to the care coordinators. Performs duties related to care coordination including administrative, clerical and secretarial. Incumbent is expected to perform his/her duties with limited supervision. Will exhibit a high degree of professionalism while interacting with internal and external customers. Able to prioritize, organize and work on multiple tasks related to the overall function of the Care Coordination Department.
Position Requirements
REQUIRED1. 2 years experience in customer service including telephonic (2) or more years experience in pre-certification.
2. Two years experience interfacing with vendors, insurance company’s physician offices, other organization departments and third party payers for the purposes of problem solving.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with individuals in all levels of responsibility.
4. Medical terminology.
5. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
6. Dependable
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Ability to type 30 w.p.m.
PREFERRED
1 5 Years Experience Customer Service
2 40 WPM typing preferred
