Remote Care Coordinator **Open to Nationwide Applicants**
Salary Range: $41,000 - $56,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Would you like to be part of a highly skilled clinical team including home-based Care Coordinators focused on supporting individuals in maximizing their health and productivity?
**Care Coordinator Responsibilities**
+ Collaborates as an integral member of the WTC-NPN Medical Services interdisciplinary team through clear communication and resource coordination to meet the shared goal of creating and nurturing a caring environment, supporting a better quality of life for the Members, and reducing health care costs for the Program.
+ Identifies and notifies applicable problems encountered by Members in obtaining services or supplies
+ Promotes goodwill by assisting all involved parties on issues related to the coordination of medical benefits, as applicable
+ Maintains privacy, as per Program guidelines, within a secure environment of documentation and communication
+ Understand the organization's quality management program and the care coordinator’s role within that program, with compliance of all SOPs within the Program’s Operations Manual
+ Takes ownership of personal actions and outcomes
+ Embraces change; maintains an open mind and is flexible and adaptable in the face of ambiguity and change
+ Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities
+ May perform other duties, as needed, to meet the needs of the business
**Care Coordinator Qualifications**
+ High School diploma, associate degree (or higher) in clinical or medical health administration, or related field preferred
+ 3+ years experience in medical record review, triage, customer service, prior authorizations, medical claims, and billing, assessing patient health, and/or related experience
+ Experience working as a Medical Assistant or LPN is strongly desired
+ Attention to detail, timetables, and commitment to completing tasks
+ Experience with Microsoft Windows and computer savvy
+ Must be well organized, efficient, and able to work independently and within a team
+ Responsible for having reliable High-Speed Cable or Fiber Optic Internet service and Internet Router in established home office
+ Ability to work independently, multitask, and adjust priorities
+ Must have Excellent Communication Skills via Phone, E-Mail, Text, Verbal, and Documentation Skills
+ U.S. Citizenship
+ The ability to pass a preliminary credit and background check
+ Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
