Position: Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination
Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm. Every 7th Weekend Rotation required (Sat & Sun). 1 Holiday Requirement.

Experience:
1. Three years of recent clinical experience required
2. Leadership experience preferred.

Education:
1. Associate RN Degree required with BSN or Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Discipline achieved within 3 years of hire.
2. Master’s Degree in Clinical Discipline strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
Active PA RN license required
