The Registered Nurse Specialist is responsible for managing patient populations with chronic illness and/or multiple co-morbidities. This position works in coordination with multiple PCPs and serves as the central link to an identified population of patients.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an approved, accredited school of Nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 2 years Work experience in an RN role Work experience revolving around medications and IV solutions in terms of purpose, administration, side effects and contraindications and administers according to established standards and provider orders Experience managing complex patients in an ambulatory settingPreferred Qualifications:
