We are currently looking for a CARE Specialist to join our team! The CARE Specialist implements the Customer Assurance, Review and Evaluation (C.A.R.E.) program to measure the customer’s perception of the service provided by Trotter & Morton Facility Services. They ensure the service provided to the customer is at or above the level of service sold to the customer and/or expected by the customer and represents Trotter & Morton Facility Services in a professional manner, bringing value to the contracted service provided as well as the C.A.R.E. program.

Roles and Responsibilities
Create weekly schedule to call all customers to conduct C.A.R.E. preventative maintenance Create, assign and follow-up on any action items within 24 hours in regard to possible customer concerns Assist in conducting the monthly in-house C.A.R.E. meetings Discuss outstanding action items as well as customer concerns, repetitive issues and customer suggestions on a weekly basis with General Manager and Service Manager Discuss maintenance agreement information for each Customer with Sales team to determine best upgrade solution when necessary Serve as a liaison between the customer and sales departments when necessary Report any issue to the General Manager or Service Manager within 24 hours of notification Build rapport and long-term relationships with the customers of Trotter & Morton Facility Services File all appropriate paperwork Support Dispatcher and Service Coordinator roles as needed Completing on site quality control inspections (may require climbing ladders and accessing roof tops) Other responsibilities may be required as requested

Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of Administrative Certificate 3 - 5 years of experience with customer service practices and principles Must possess a valid driver’s license and currently maintain a safe driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider
