What We Offer:
$22 - $27 per hourWeekends OFFPaid TrainingFREE Tuition for you AND your Immediate FamilyMedical/Dental/Vision/Life Ins/STD & LTD Ins401K, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off Responsibilities Guide students through the job search process, from resume creation to interview preparation.Organize and coordinate career fairs, employer visits, and other career-related events.Provide personalized career counseling sessions to help students understand and navigate their career options.Promote advanced training opportunities through informative presentations and guidance.Ensure accurate documentation of student and graduate employment records in compliance with standards.Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, high-volume phone, or sales roles.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
