Think you've got what it takes?  Education and Training + High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred. + Previous production and/or training experience of at least two years highly desirable. + Must have computer skills and some graphic experience is a plus. + Experience in small business community preferred. + Must have past kitchen/baking experience. E xperience + Ability to function as a job coach for people with disabilities. + Ability to drive and possess auto insurance. + Dependable, tact, resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment. + Complete + MDCH Direct Care Training or equivalent. + Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and maintain car insurance.
