Your opportunity
 

Design, implement, and manage competitive benefits programs in UK & EMEA that align with the company's strategic objectives and talent management goals Ensure all benefit programs comply with regulatory and legal requirements. Stay abreast of legislation changes that may affect benefits offerings. Manage the UK pension program being the subject matter expert to answer employee inquiries, liaise with our pension advisory partner and out sourced pension provider Manage relationships with benefits vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness Develop communication strategies to ensure UK & EMEA employees understand and value their benefits packages. Address employee inquiries and issues regarding benefits Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and identify areas for improvement. Report on benefits utilization and trends Overarching responsibility for all global mobility efforts across the firm, ensuring strategic alignment and effectiveness Lead benefits and global mobility efforts associated with M&A activity in UK & EMEA Develop and execute a well-being strategy for the UK & EMEA that is consistent with the rest of the organisation, promoting employee health and well-being through targeting programs and initiatives Oversee the regional benefits budget, ensuring programs are cost-effective and resources are allocated efficiently Lead and develop the UK & EMEA benefits team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

Previous experience in a similar role within asset management or a comparable industry Good understanding of different types of benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.) Previous UK pension experience and exposure to other international pension programs Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape related to employee benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Experience with benefits administration software and systems
