Your opportunity
Facilitating Design Meetings: You will lead meetings to design new systems and processes for regulatory compliance, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and expected outcomes of compliance solutions. Target Operating Model Design: You'll spearhead the design of a TOM that aligns with global regulatory standards and the company's strategic goals. Documentation and Data Requirements: Documenting business requirements and translating them into specific data requirements. Collaboration with Data and Technology Teams: Working closely with the Data Owner, Data Steward, and Technology teams to ensure a smooth project implementation experience for business users. Guiding Development: Directing the development or configuration of compliance systems and processes, ensuring alignment with design specifications and business needs. Ensuring Stakeholder Alignment: Maintaining constant communication with all stakeholders involved in the compliance project to ensure clear alignment on objectives, timelines, and expectations.

Must have skills
A client-first approach, ownership mentality, and success through teamwork are fundamental Previous experience in business analysis within regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field, especially in designing and implementing Target Operating Models in complex, regulated industries, is essential Knowledge or operational experience with ESG regulations is highly beneficial A background in financial services, preferably asset management, is preferred
Technical skills and qualifications
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis, with proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies A good understanding of global ESG frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, such as TCFD, SFDR, CSRD, European Taxonomy, and California Climate Rules Change Management: Knowledge of change management strategies and practices, with the ability to lead organizational change for a smooth transition to new processes and systems The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excellent problem-solving skills
