Objective: Manage and drive Digital Delivery for RPG Enterprises. The role is a critical role in driving the digital strategy and transformation initiatives within the organization and reports to the VP-Digital & Innovation. This position will primarily focus on delivering Digital projects across RPG Group in the space of Generative AI, AI – ML, Data Analytics, Cloud solutions, data science in addition to the application development framework for web and mobile technologies. Objective of the Digital Projects is to enhance business outcomes, optimize operations, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of Functional domain knowledge, technical expertise, strategic vision and excellent communication skills to lead digital delivery effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Tech Platforms Framework Development: Create Digital Delivery Framework by identifying right technology stacks and capability building around it including Technology stack standardization / consolidation / migration where necessary.
2. Concept Development and POCs: Work with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) to develop concepts leveraging new gen technologies and come up supported by POCs.
3. Application Development Framework: Create suitable framework for application development / modernization and consolidation where necessary, Execution and delivery of the projects as per agreed framework for the enterprise.
4. Data Governance and Management: Oversee the establishment and maintenance of robust data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Develop strategies for effective data collection, storage, and utilization across the organization.
5. Analytics and Insights: Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Utilize predictive modeling, machine learning, and other statistical techniques to drive informed decision-making and optimize business processes. Data Science Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts. Provide guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the data science function.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and efficiency.
7. Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. Evaluate new tools and platforms to enhance the organization's digital capabilities and competitive advantage.
8. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Continuously monitor performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
9. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate digital strategy, initiatives, and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive alignment and support for digital initiatives.
10. Capability Building: Build Delivery team capable of delivering multiple projects at the same time. Develop and groom internal team and collaborate with eternal teams on key technologies.
11. Operations Management : Manage Day to day operations for the Digital Delivery team, budgets, vendor interface, operations support etc.
