Your opportunity
• Lead a team of Data Analysts to design and implement a robust roadmap of strategic projects and data governance initiatives delivering change to JHI
• Deputize for the Head of Enterprise Data Stewardship in project Steer Co meetings, working groups and team meetings
• Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and workshops
• Responsible for determining impact analysis of changes to the data lifecycle
• Oversee and coordinate documentation arising from projects including business requirements, functional requirements and data model diagrams
• Collaborate with Data Architects to ensure all change is clearly documented by updating of conceptual and logical models and ensuring Data catalogues, definitions and lineage is all aligned
• Liaise with Technology teams, clearly communicating the development changes required for delivery and overseeing testing and sign off with business users
• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure regular communications with the Business, Technology and Operations team
• Ensure data governance is upheld to a high standard and oversee good data practices across the JHI estate
• Identify opportunities to build efficiencies of scale, surface data redundancies and inconsistencies, reduce risk associated with manual data handling, and deliver creative solutions to the business
• Develop effective relationships with business areas, data operations, technology, and risk to oversee the delivery of data-related services to the organization
• Deliver measurable improvements in quality of data
