Your opportunity
Oversee the production process of interim and annual financial statements for UK, Luxembourg and Irish funds to set timetables ensuring compliance with prospectus, relevant accounting standards, local regulations and EU Directives Perform analytical review and proof reading on Financial statements, as well as ensuring resolution of any issues raised by Managers or Directors in order to provide ‘sign off’ on behalf of the team Manage the audit relationship, focusing on the resolution of audit queries related to the Investment Manager, completion of the ISA260 reports, preventative and corrective actions are implemented for any audit control points Complete allocated tasks to include but not exhaustive, Distribution rate review, specific Client of Fund reporting, expense monitoring and OCF review Manage the TPA relationship to achieve and maintain expected service standards as agreed. Errors/issues identified as part of the Financial Reporting oversight processes should be raised and addressed ensuring corrective and preventative actions implemented Prepare management information to include measurement of TPA performance against agreed service levels and key performance indicators, risk events and other such information as prescribed by the Team Manager Lead the sundry budget process for applicable funds to include maintenance of accurate expense records, NAV accruals, Board reporting and liaison with budget stakeholders Working group participation on projects which are driven by Fund change, regulation, Internal parties or the TPA Co-ordinate and manage the termination/revocation process of closed funds with the TPA and other parties Provision and maintenance of accurate OCF and distribution rate data to support internal and external Clients Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve Team processes and efficiency Maintain job related documentation such as checklists and procedures Support Team Manager and colleagues during busy periods and Team member absences Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
