Your opportunity

 

You will:

Work closely with the President and CEO of the relevant Funds to assist in managing Janus Henderson’s relationship with an independent Fund Board Serve as a liaison between internal constituents and Fund board trustees. fostering effective presentations and solutions for Fund shareholders, Fund Board trustees, and the Investment Adviser Conduct regular meetings with internal constituents throughout the business and ensure a thorough understanding of their organizations Have responsibility for coordinating and collaborating with internal constituents to prepare presenters for board presentations, working closely with senior executives to ensure presentations are polished, effective, and ready for board-level discussions Review and refine presentation content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives, integrating feedback to improve presentation quality and effectiveness Review materials and provide output to the CAO/ President and CEO of the Funds Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

7-10 years experience in a similar role within Financial Services Demonstrated ability as a strategic communicator with strong coordination skills and ability to interact at executive and director levels Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint

Compensation information

 

The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through September 8, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity:  Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool.  The profit pool is funded based on Company profits.  Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
