Your opportunity
Support Programme Planning and Execution: Assist in the development of programme plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Support the logistics for any change request to be raised, new resource request, etc… Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all programme activities, decisions, and outcomes and prepare programme delivery presentations including working group packs, Steering Committee packs and Status Reports. Meeting and Workshop Facilitation: Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to drive programme objectives. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through. Quality and Assurance: Ensure the quality of all programme outputs, including reports and data submissions, meets the required standards – This is particularly important given the need for Regulatory Assurance. Data Management and Analysis: Collect, manage, and analyse data relevant to the programme’s ESG reporting objectives. Support the creation of reports and presentations that accurately reflect the programme’s performance. Risk Management: Manage reporting on Project RAID

Must have skills
Must have previous proven experience as in a PMO role, preferably on regulatory change projects Knowledge of global ESG Regulations is highly desirable Knowledge or operational experience with a Finance function ideally Background in financial services preferred, ideally asset management Able to work in a matrix management environment

Very well organised, meticulous, excellent attention to details Ability to discuss and manage their own priorities with ongoing support from the Programme Manager Strong time management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Good problem-solving skills
