Should be able to manage labour and handle shifts independently. Should own responsibility for planning & monitoring of 2nd level daily production plan as per departmental commitment. Focus on process quality improvements and bottleneck elimination. Should focus on Productivity, Quality, Safety, Delivery as per production plan. Responsible for process cycle time reduction, implementation of Kaizens, OPL, improvement projects, 5S drive in shopfloor. Should be acquainted with good knowledge of TPM, Quality Improvement tools, impart training to workers Responsible for fault analysis and preparation of RCA and CA Should have better understanding of IMS documents and audits. Should be well acquainted with ERP system.
