What you'll do 

 

Manage the store planning lifecycle of new and refurbished supermarket fit-outs, from initial design and drafting to final completion. Delivering planning and documentation outcomes for all new, replacement, acquisition, extension, Renewal projects as well as all business initiatives and planning requirements for any store within the State Collaborate effectively with internal and external consultants, such as developers, architects, engineers, to ensure the store design meets all regulatory requirements, company standards, and tenancy agreements. Extension store plans post approval in conjunction with business categories, ensuring financial viability & construction costs are aligned to launch Developing Renewal documentation from project commencement to launch to meet objectives, budget direction, site-specific needs and direct planning team to achieve end store plan goal Strategic layout planning ensuring the best scheme is developed for all project types with both a commercial and customer lens


What you'll bring 

 

Degree qualifications in architecture will be well regarded, whilst technical architectural drafting or related knowledge/experience is essential Fluent capability to work in architectural drafting software (Revit) Retail planning experience, with design, commercial or financial understanding desirable Strong leadership experience including team organisation, coaching and training. Ability to communicate to and influence senior stakeholders as the representative for WA, SA and NT  Ability to travel interstate monthly.
